I offer a free 30-minute video consultation to hear your needs and answer your questions. Reaching out for help can be overwhelming, and it's important to feel comfortable with your therapist. This consultation will help determine if we are a good fit. Therapy sessions are available both via telehealth or in person, at my office in SE Portland, OR.

My standard fee for a 55-minute session is $165, and my rate for a 3-hour KAP session is $495. I am in-network with Pacific Source insurance and can issue a super-bill if needed for out-of-network clients.
